What Storge is

Storge is a self-knowledge app about attachment styles. It is for reflection and education. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical care, and does not provide diagnosis or treatment. See the in-app disclaimer and the Terms of Use.

Information we collect

You give us this directly, inside the app:

• Your first name (or whatever you type on the name screen).
• Your goal selection and quiz answers, and the attachment style we compute from them.
• Journal entries you write during the daily practice (free text).
• Progress data: completed days, streaks, and dates of activity.

We do not collect your contacts, photos, precise location, or device advertising identifiers. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.

Where your data lives

• On your device first. Everything works locally. If you never sign in, your data stays on the device.
• Cloud sync (optional). When a session is created, your profile, progress, and journal entries are stored in our backend (Supabase) so you can recover them on a new device. Access is restricted to your own account by row-level security.
• Sign in with Apple (optional). If you choose it, Apple gives us a stable identifier (and, if you allow, a private relay email). We use it only to link your account for recovery. We never receive your Apple password.

AI processing

To generate the personalized reflection on your journal entry and the daily lesson, the relevant text (your recent journal entry and your attachment style) is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic (the Claude API), through our own secure server function. It is processed to produce your response and is not used to train their models (per Anthropic's commercial API terms). Please do not write anything in the journal you would not want processed this way.

Payments

Subscriptions are handled by Apple and managed through RevenueCat, which receive purchase and receipt information to validate your subscription. They do not receive your journal entries or quiz content. We never see or store your card details.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not show ads or share your data with advertisers.
• We do not use your journal content for anything other than generating your own in-app experience.

Data retention and deletion

Your data is kept while your account exists. You can request deletion of your cloud data at any time by emailing czaar.developer@gmail.com; we will delete it within 30 days. Uninstalling the app removes local data from your device.

Children

Storge is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from them.

International users

Your data may be processed on servers in Brazil and by our providers (Supabase, Anthropic, Apple, RevenueCat) in their respective regions.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be noted with a new "Last updated" date.
