Storge

Terms of Use

Last updated: September 1, 2026

By using Storge you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Not therapy or medical advice

Storge is a self-knowledge and educational tool. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical, psychological, or health care. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. The content, including AI-generated reflections, is for personal insight and entertainment. It is not a substitute for a qualified professional.

If you are in crisis or may harm yourself or others, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line immediately. In Brazil: CVV 188. In the US: call or text 988. Storge is not an emergency service.

2. Who can use Storge

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age where you live) to use Storge.

3. Your content

You own what you write. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the app's features to you (including sending relevant text to our AI provider to generate your responses, as described in the Privacy Policy). Do not enter content that is unlawful or that you have no right to share.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Storge offers auto-renewable subscriptions and, optionally, a one-time purchase.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app: no reverse engineering, no automated abuse of the AI features, no attempts to break authentication or access other users' data.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Storge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novar Softwares is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on its content. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some may not apply to you.

7. Changes and termination

We may update the app and these Terms. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Material changes will be noted with a new "Last updated" date.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
